A fanciful, naive, delinquent and rebellious version of this magnificent and charming residence with its refined look, located at 785 de l’avenue Tellier in Saint-Hyacinthe.

It is part of the ancestral heritage of our beautiful old maskoutaine homes, with its arcaded front and its original diamond-point ebony-work front door dating from 1935, as only the craftsmen of that era knew how to make.

This house, built in 1935 by Dr. Davidson, who lived in it until 1956 and sold it to Dr. Jean Morin, who died in 1958, was the house in which the latter is even said to have been laid out for viewing.

This house has always since been inhabited by prosperous and prestigious business owners of Saint-Hyacinthe LA JOLIE, including currently Mr. Benoit Chartier, owner of the regional weekly Le Courrier... all of whom have known how to preserve its character.

Painting sold on commission, on which the painter added himself, as in some of his commissioned paintings.
